Refurbishment Works

Refurbishment works will begin on level 14 this Monday 16/10/2017, lasting until mid-December 2017.

The Ground Floor rear entrance will be a "contractor high traffic area", especially over the next few weeks; please use the front entrance as much as possible; if you do need to use the rear entrance please ensure that you're aware of your surroundings, and proceed with caution (floor protection will also be in place).

Contractors will be using the open air car park, where skip bins will also be located; we'd appreciate for all tenants to park in your allocated car bays only, no exceptions. Please note the open air car park is not a "free car parking" area.

We will endeavour to keep noise disruptions to a minimum during business hours. 

The goods lift will be used by the contractors during their working hours, so mostly unavailable for tenants. If you need to use the goods lift (for example for very large deliveries to your tenancy, to get heavy items to/from the basement, for disability access to/from the basement...) please coordinate
through contact below, with as much notice as possible, and we'll try to accommodate you.
